Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club & American Express: A Whole Lot of Love accepts credit card payment via eWAY, a global secure online credit card payment gateway provider.  

Pay Pal: Purchase via the Pay Pal secure online payment gateway. You can also pay with VISA or MasterCard through Pay Pal. 

Bank Transfer: To pay via Bank Transfer, please register as a customer on the web site (create an account by clicking on "My Account" at the very top of any page) so we have your contact details for shipping. Do not fill your cart with any products. Email your order to contact@awholelotoflove.com.au - we will create an order for you and send an invoice with the bank details for transferring your payment. Please check that the details of your order are correct before paying. Your order will be shipped when the payment has cleared. Orders that have not been paid within 3 days will be cancelled. Stock will not be held for longer than 3 days.

SHIPPING COST: A Whole Lot of Love offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95* on orders under $150 and free shipping on orders $150 and over.

*Excludes express shipping, bulky items and some remote areas.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY is required. If you are not home Aust Post will leave a calling card for you to collect at your nearest Post Office. Fastway Couriers will leave a calling card for you to contact them for re delivery. If you want your parcel to be left on your premises, in the case that you are not home, this message will be written on your parcel for the courier or postie. However if your parcel goes missing, A Whole Lot of Love will not be responsible for replacing any items as we are unable to make a claim with both Aust Post or Fastway Couriers. 

We take no responsibility for incorrect postal addresses. Please check your information is correct before completing your order.  

SECURITY AND PRIVACY: Our e-commerce system uses secure technology to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure at all times. A Whole Lot of Love respects and takes the confidentiality of our customers seriously. We have taken appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential. Your payment is processed through Pay Pal or eWAY so we DO NOT have access to your credit card details and CAN NOT store these details in our system. RETURNS & EXCHANGE: If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly exchange, provide store credit or refund you for the purchase price of the item/s (excluding postage). You must return your order within 14 days. It must be received in new condition, unopened and in its original packaging. The return postage will not be refunded. Items must be returned via Registered Post and you will need to provide the original order number. No returns will be accepted on items purchased on sale unless faulty. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive your item and it is faulty or damaged, please email us at contact@awholelotoflove.com.au or call 0413 284 207 as soon as possible. We will then arrange a replacement or refund to the credit card used for the value of the total transaction. Please note we will request a photo of any damaged item and may ask you to return the item if faulty. A Whole Lot of Love reserves the right to reject the claim. Return postage will not be refunded if the claim is rejected. 

PRICING: All pricing on A Whole Lot of Love website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Product inventory is kept up to date. If the web site allows you to order it, this means it is in stock. However sometimes errors can be made, if the product is in fact out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible for you to choose an alternative product or cancel your order.

PACKAGING: In order to keep shipping cost low, your item/s may not be sent in their original packaging. Some products are packaged for retail outlets without shipping cost in mind. Where bulky packaging is used, your item may be replaced with our own packaging.

We try and do our bit by recycling and will reuse packaging materials that are sent to us by the supplier, including paper and plastic fillers, plastic bags, boxed and tubes.
