SHIPPING COST: For orders within Australia, A Whole Lot of Love offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95* on all orders under $150 and free shipping on orders $150 and over.

EXPRESS POST: We offer Express Post at a flat rate of $16 for orders under 3kg. If your order exceeds 3kg we will contact you to provide a shipping quote. *Excludes bulky orders and NZ customers.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australia and guarantees next day delivery. If you are not in an Express Post Zone, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest metro city by the next day and get to you faster than regular post. PICK UP: Pick-ups are not available at this time.
SHIPPING TIMES: We ship from Melbourne usually within 24 hours, unless your item is being shipped directly from one of our supplier, in which case you will be notified via email. This excludes custom-made and special orders, and orders paid via bank transfer. Order may take longer to ship during peak times such as Christmas. You will be contacted if there are expected delays. Orders made on weekends and (Victorian) Public Holidays will be shipped the following business day. We use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.
Deliveries can take 1-2 business days for Melb, Syd and ACT metro areas. Between 5-10 business days WA, NT and QLD metro areas. 2-5 business days SA and Tas metro areas. Remote area outside major regional centres or at peak times such as Christmas and other public holidays may take longer.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY is required. If you are not home Fastway Couriers will leave a calling card for you to contact them for re delivery. Aust Post will leave a calling card for you to collect at your nearest Post Office. If you give written authority to leave the parcel on your premises in the case that you are not home, this message will be written on your parcel for the courier or postie. However if your parcel goes missing, A Whole Lot of Love will not be responsible for replacing any items as we are unable to make a claim with both Fastway Couriers and Aust Post.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL: Once we have processed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email which will include tracking information for either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.

P.O BOX ADRESSES: We can post to P.O Box addresses using Australia Post however if the price exceeds an acceptable rate, you may be asked to supply an alternative address or pay an extra shipping cost. We do not profit from shipping and regularly absorb costs that exceed our flat rate.
FREE GIFT WRAPPING: If you are sending your order to someone else and would like it gift wrapped, please indicate this in the comments box at check out. We can also include a small card so let us know what you would like us to write. This service is free of charge.
PACKAGING: In order to keep shipping cost low, your item/s may not be sent in their original packaging. Some products are packaged for retail outlets without shipping cost in mind. Where bulky packaging is used, your item may be replaced with our own packaging.
We try and do our bit by recycling and will reuse packaging materials that are sent to us by the supplier, including paper and plastic fillers, plastic bags, boxes and tubes.
