Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia wide via various Couriers and Australia Post.

SHIPPING COST: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95* on all orders under $150 and free shipping on orders $150 and over. 

*excludes express shipping, bulky items and remote locations 

EXPRESS POST: We offer Express Post via Australia Post. The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and capped at $25 for parcels up to 5kg. If your order exceeds 5kg please contact us to arrange a shipping quote. *Excludes bulky orders and remote locations.

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australia and guarantees next day delivery. If you are not in an Express Post Zone, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest metro city by the next day and get to you faster than regular post. To see if you qualify for Express Post click on the link    

PICK UP: Pick-ups are not available at this time.

SHIPPING TIMES: We ship from Melbourne within 24 - 48 hours excluding weekends and Victorian Public Holidays. Your parcel or part of your order may be sent directly from one of our supplier or dispatched in multiple satchels/boxes due to its size. Orders may take longer to dispatch during peak times such as Christmas. You will be contacted if there are expected delays.  

Deliveries can take 1-2 business days for Melb, Syd and ACT metro areas. Between 5-10 business days WA, NT and QLD metro areas. 2-5 business days SA and Tas metro areas. Remote area outside major regional centres or at peak times such as Christmas and other public holidays may take longer. 

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. You can give written authority to leave the parcel on your premises for orders under $100. Please indicate this is the comment box at check out. However, if your parcel goes missing, A Whole Lot of Love will not be responsible for replacing any items.

We take no responsibility for incorrect postal addresses. Please check your information is correct before completing your order.   

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL: Once we dispatched your order, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven’t received your order within our estimated time listed above, please contact the Courier or Australia Post directly for a speedier resolution.

P.O BOX ADRESSES: We post to P.O Box addresses using Australia Post however if the price exceeds an acceptable rate, you may be asked to supply an alternative address or pay an extra shipping cost. We do not profit from shipping and regularly absorb costs that exceed our flat rate.    

FREE GIFT WRAPPING: If you are sending your order to someone else and would like it gift wrapped, please indicate this in the comments box at check out. We can also include a small card so let us know what you would like us to write. This service is free of charge.  

PACKAGING: In order to keep shipping cost low, (in rare occasions) your item/s may not be sent in their original packaging. Some products are packaged for retail display. Where bulky packaging is used, your item may be replaced with our own packaging.

We try and do our bit by recycling and will reuse packaging materials that are sent to us by the supplier, including paper and plastic fillers, plastic bags, boxes and tubes.
